Welcome to RouteRef. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RouteRef service zone management platform ("Service") operated by Yadkin Data Partners LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), doing business as RouteRef.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
RouteRef provides a web-based service zone management platform that allows businesses to:
- Create and manage service territory zones on an interactive map
- Assign drivers and service days to zones
- Search addresses to determine zone coverage
- Manage team members and permissions
- Track changes through audit logging
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Plans and Pricing
The Service is offered through subscription plans with varying features and limits. Current pricing is available at routeref.com/pricing.
4.2 Free Trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
4.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
4.4 Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee after your trial ends. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload malicious code or content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yadkin Data Partners LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your zone data and business information remain your property. You grant us a license to host, store, and display this data as necessary to provide the Service.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yadkin Data Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms or non-payment.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
