Viewing Invoices

Access past invoices

Viewing Invoices

Access and download your RouteRef invoices for accounting and tax purposes.

Note: Only account owners can access billing and invoices.

Accessing Invoices

  1. Log into the admin panel as the account owner
  2. Click the Billing tab
  3. Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal
  4. Click Invoice history

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Billing period covered
  • Plan name and price
  • Tax (if applicable)
  • Total amount charged
  • Payment status

Downloading Invoices

In the Invoice history:

  1. Find the invoice you need
  2. Click Download invoice or Download PDF
  3. The invoice will download to your device

Invoice Statuses

| Status | Meaning | |--------|---------| | Paid | Payment successful | | Open | Awaiting payment | | Void | Invoice canceled | | Uncollectible | Payment failed, written off |

Automatic Receipts

After each successful payment:

  • A receipt is emailed to your billing email
  • The invoice appears in your history immediately

Changing Billing Email

To receive invoices at a different email:

  1. Go to Manage Billing
  2. Click Update information
  3. Enter the new billing email
  4. Click Save

For Accounting

Invoices include all information typically needed for expense reports:

  • Vendor name: Yadkin Data Partners LLC (DBA RouteRef)
  • Service description
  • Amount and date
  • Invoice number for reference
