Understanding the Legend
The legend panel helps you filter and understand the zones displayed on the map.
Legend Location
The legend is located on the left side of the map on desktop, or in a collapsible menu on mobile devices.
Zone Colors
Each zone has a unique color to help distinguish it from neighboring zones. Colors are assigned when zones are created and can be customized by administrators.
- Solid fill: The zone boundary area
- Border: Slightly darker outline of the zone
- Transparency: Allows you to see roads and landmarks beneath
Filtering by Day
Click any day to show only zones serviced on that day:

Tip: Use day filtering to see your Monday route, Tuesday route, etc.
Filtering by Driver
Click a driver's name to show only their assigned zones. This is useful for:
- Seeing one driver's complete territory
- Planning route coverage
- Identifying gaps or overlaps
Combining Filters
You can combine day and driver filters:
- Click a day (e.g., "Monday")
- Click a driver name
- Now you see only that driver's Monday zones
Click Show All to reset all filters.
Zone Information
Clicking a zone on the map shows:
- Zone Name: The descriptive name
- Driver: Who services this zone
- Day: Which day the zone is serviced
- Color: The zone's display color
Legend on Mobile
On phones and tablets:
- Tap the menu icon (☰) to open the legend
- Select filters as needed
- Tap outside or the X to close
The legend remembers your filter selections while you browse.
Tips for Staff
- Start of day: Filter to today's day to see your route
- Customer calls: Use "Show All" to find any address quickly
- Route planning: Filter by driver to see territory boundaries
