RouteRef offers a fully interactive demo where you can explore all features without creating an account. The demo is a sandbox environment where you can create zones, add drivers, and experience the full admin panel.

Accessing the Demo

There are several ways to access the demo:

1. From the homepage: Click the "Try Demo Free" button
2. Direct URL: Visit routeref.com/demo
3. From the navigation: Click "Try Demo" in the header

When you visit the demo, you'll be automatically logged in as a demo user with full admin access.

What You Can Do in the Demo

The demo gives you access to all RouteRef features:

• Create and edit zones - Draw service territories on the map
• Manage drivers - Add, edit, and remove drivers
• Assign service days - Set which days each zone is serviced (Monday-Sunday)
• Customize colors - Pick colors for easy visual identification
• View the public map - See what your customers would see
• Explore settings - Configure map visibility and other options

Demo Limitations

The demo is a shared sandbox environment with a few differences from a real account:

Daily Reset

The demo environment resets every day at midnight UTC. This means:

• All zones you create will be deleted
• Any drivers you add will be removed
• Settings will return to defaults
• The 5 sample zones will be restored

This ensures every visitor gets a clean, consistent experience.

Sample Data

The demo comes pre-loaded with sample data to help you understand how RouteRef works:

Sample Zones:

• Downtown Core (Monday) - Driver: Alex
• North District (Tuesday) - Driver: Sam
• Industrial Park (Wednesday) - Driver: Jordan
• Riverside Area (Thursday) - Driver: Alex
