Finding a Zone

Learn how to quickly find which zone covers any address using the RouteRef public map.

Using the Map

The RouteRef map shows all your company's service zones as colored polygons. Each zone is color-coded and labeled with the driver name and service day.

Basic Navigation

Pan: Click and drag to move around the map
Zoom: Use the scroll wheel, pinch gestures, or the +/- buttons
Click a Zone: Click any zone to see details (driver, day, zone name)

Searching for an Address

The fastest way to find a zone is using the search bar:

Click the search bar at the top of the map
Type an address (e.g., "123 Main St, City, State")
Select the correct address from the suggestions
The map will zoom to that location and highlight the matching zone

Tip: You can search by partial address, landmark name, or business name.

Reading the Results

When you search or click on the map, you'll see:

Zone Name: The name of the service zone
Driver: Who services this zone
Day: What day of the week this zone is serviced
Zone Color: Matches the zone on the map

Using the Legend

The legend on the left side of the map helps you filter zones:

Filter by Day

Click any day to show only zones serviced on that day:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Saturday, Sunday (if enabled)

Filter by Driver

Click a driver's name to show only their zones.

Show All

Click "Show All" to reset filters and display all zones.

No Zone Found?

If your search shows "No zone found for this address":

Check the address: Make sure it's spelled correctly
Zoom out: The address might be just outside a zone boundary
Contact the office: Some addresses may not be in the service area

Mobile Usage

On mobile devices:

Tap the search icon to open the search bar
Use two fingers to zoom
Tap and hold on a zone to see details
The legend is in a collapsible menu

Tips for Staff

Bookmark the map: Save the URL for quick access
Use full addresses: Include city and state for best results
Check the day: Make sure you're looking at the right service day
